Miller Technologies, LLC Return Policy

At Miller Technologies, LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality hardware, software, and custom technology solutions. To ensure clarity and transparency, please review our return policy below.
 
Hardware Returns
  • Return Window: Hardware may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies unless the product was defective or shipped in error.
  • Non-Returnable Hardware: Opened items, installed equipment, and special-order products are not eligible for return unless defective.
 
Software Returns
  • Digital Software: All sales of downloaded or digitally licensed software are final and non-refundable.
  • Boxed Software: Boxed software may be returned within 15 days if unopened and in original condition.
  • Licensing Issues: If there is a licensing or activation issue, please contact our support team for resolution.
 
Custom Products and Engineering Solutions
  • Non-Returnable: Due to the specialized nature of custom-engineered products and services, all custom builds, prototypes, and commissioned solutions are final sale and non-returnable.
  • Performance Issues: If a custom product does not meet agreed-upon specifications, we will work with you to resolve the issue under your service agreement or warranty terms.
 
Returns Process
  1. Request Authorization: Contact us at support@millertech.biz or call (503) 472-0911 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
  2. Prepare the Return: Include a copy of your invoice and a brief note explaining the reason for the return.
  3. Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a product defect.
  4. Inspection & Refunds: Once received and inspected, eligible returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days.​
Exceptions & Notes
  • Returns without an RMA number may be refused or subject to additional processing time.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or external factors (e.g., power surges) are not covered under this policy.
